Who we are

This website, dataorbitllc.com, is run by DataOrbit LLC ("DataOrbit", "we"). For any privacy question or request, contact us at info@dataorbitllc.com or +20 127 208 1240.

This policy covers this website only. The ItqanEd product and itqaned.net have their own terms and privacy information, and student data inside ItqanEd is handled under each school's agreement with us.

What we collect

Information you send us

When you request a demo, send a message or join the early-access list, we receive what you type into the form. Depending on the form, that can include your name, email address, phone number, role, school or company name, school size and your message.

Information collected automatically

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, how you arrived (for example from a search or an ad), approximate location, device and browser. We also record events such as clicking "Book a demo" or sending a form. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this (see below). Our hosting provider also keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address and time of request, to run and protect the site.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange demos.
• To tell you about product launches if you joined the early-access list.
• To measure and improve the website and our advertising, including whether our Google Ads lead to enquiries.
• To keep the website secure and working.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

This site uses Google Analytics cookies (named _ga and _ga_*) to tell visits apart and measure how the site is used. They can last up to two years. The site does not need them to work. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:

• Web3Forms delivers form submissions to our inbox.
• Google provides Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement, and serves the website's fonts (Google Fonts).
• Vercel hosts the website.

These providers may process data outside your country. We may also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and demo requests for as long as we need them to respond and follow up, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you unless you become a customer. You can leave the early-access list at any time by emailing us. Google Analytics data is kept according to the retention period set in our Analytics account.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email info@dataorbitllc.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, including under Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law, you may have additional rights and can complain to your data protection authority.

Children

This website is meant for schools, organisations and adults. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect children's information through it.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
