The client

3 Chefs is a leading frozen food manufacturer producing fried chicken, burgers and ready-to-eat products at scale.

The challenge

At that volume, production, inventory and quality all have to be tracked as they happen. The ERP needed to support those operations, not just record them after the fact.

What we did

We optimised their production ERP for large-scale food manufacturing and connected it to the floor, with inventory management, supply chain integration, quality-control modules and real-time production dashboards.

Takaful America offers Islamic (takaful) insurance, a cooperative model built on Sharia principles.

The challenge

They needed a full insurance platform that respects Sharia-compliant rules and runs on modern technology, without building an in-house engineering team from scratch.
